For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

Processing time differs from product to product. Most items are made-to-order and request 3-7 business days to handcraft.

Tracking An Order

IMPORTANT
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require refund, please note that there will be a 50% restocking fee for the personalized items.
