We have 2 types. One is wholesale, if you could buy continuesly from us, then you could become our wholesale. The other one is drop ship, if you want to re-sell one item at a time, we could provide drop ship service. To cooperate, you have to become our member firstly, please apply the account here.


Is your price the most competitive? 

We offer the wholesale price to you, so you are guranteed to get the most competitive price from us. Discount is also offered according to your orders for keeping a long-term cooperation, check the discount detail here.


Does this price on your website include shipping fee?

No, it is just items price.

Do you have a minimum order request?

We do not have any minimum orders request. The more you buy, the lower price you get. Please kindly tell us about the monthly purchase amount you will have.

How do I place an order?

Can you produce my own design products?

Yes, please send us your design and we could produce what you need.

Can I get sample?

Sure, please conatact us if you need samples.


Is ODM/OEM service available.?

ODM/OEM is welcome. 


Will you deliver the item with a jewelry box?

we will pack it without gift box by defaultif you need itplease purchase them on our website

Can you offer customized packing?

Basically we can do, but please send us an E-mail to sale@youonlyjewelry.com with packing details and we will check.

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods: 

By far only Paypal Payment is accepeted.

How can I change my order once it has been made?

If you want to change your order you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. There would be 50% restocking fee if you want to change the order after 12 hours. Go to contact us and send us message requesting the specifications of the change.

Is this jewelry real gold or gold plated?

No, it is 18k gold palted.


Does the items tarnish?

If you wear in a proper wayit will not tarnish easily.


Can I use your pictures on our website?

Yes, you can use it, but please show us your websites page as our IP team would make a complaint if they do not have your page on our list and you must place order from us once you get the order.


How can I put the picture on our website?

Now you only can download the picture from our website and put it on your website.


Do you offer shopify integration?

Sorry, now we dont have shopify integration, but our technical colleague is finding a way to solve this probem, if you need, please contact us and leave your information, we will contact you once done.

What express do you use?

We have 2 express for your choose.

  • Regular shipping. This is cheap but takes long time.

  • Express shipping. Usually we send by DHL. This is expensive but safe and fast.

How long will I get my orders?

You can return new, unopened jewelry sold by us within 60 days of delivery.

Please note that there will be 50% restocking fee on all items.
